I've had the priviledge of owning some pretty sweet rides and not once have I ever picked up a girl, let alone had a girl even acknowledge me because of them. I don't consider myself bad looking or cocky either. Really just a sausage fest if you want the truth. That's OK though, not really interested in a girl who only talks to me because of my posessions. However, I do sometimes feel like being a man-whore, so it would be welcome

I've had girls I've known compliment my car... and usually it's something along the lines of "nice blue!". Thus, it has nothing to do with the car. Granted, most of the females in my life are generally well off and well educated and have the means to have their own if they wanted.

I would say from my experience that girls love modded cars. I used to own a stock honda civic and and i couldn't get any chicks to save my life. I finally decided to "mod" my civic, so I bought a couple roundels and replaced the H's on my civic with them. I swear that little BMW logo sure attracted girls left and right after that.
