Foods you love, but can't eat

There are a few foods that I really love to eat but I have come to realize that my body doesn't love them so much anymore.

What are some of your favorite foods which you just know you should stay away from??

I eat EVERYTHING... but probably shouldn't because my cholesterol is off the chart..

I eat everything also. My cholesterol is naturally low (hereditary). Last checkup, it was 147.

dairy until i found these nifty pills in the vitamin section at a&p lol i forget the name. but new i can eat it again and that awesome bc i love exotic cheeses... plus cheese makes a burger taste 10000x better lol

You love exotic cheeses huh? I saw this on a British show where two guys go trying odd things, and in Italy there is a weird kind of cheese where they eat it with the maggots inside!!

Anything spicy...alot of exotic foods. I'm kind of a foodie...and I LOVE stuff that'll burn til your eyes water..but I have a certain medical condition that doesn't do so well with those things. The doctor was like well, be careful about spicy food, dairy, lots of sugar, fruits, vegetables......I was like "and that leaves me with?....chicken and potatoes?"

dairy products, mainly milk... But since I've switched to organic fat free & lactose free milk, I've been a happy camper
