I had a love/hate relationship with my Stillen sc kit. Mashing the go pedal was super fun and it was exhilarating to the senses. The hate part was that I had to tinker many times to fix the belt alignment to prevent bearing wear and jumping or replacing shredding belts. Sigh, if the sc only came stock from the factory....

From Roman:
Most of the kits are finished. We made some changes to the injectors to improve driveabililty and this requires some last minute fine tuning. Once this is 100% sorted we will begin shipping our pre-orders which we think should be in the next few weeks. We are not in a rush to release this product until we are 100% happy with it. |

The day ARMA put out a supercharger that works
But in all seriousness they are probably fine tuning the finish product and working out any bugs that come up. So question is would you want them to release some ARMA bs or a product that actually works? If you want option B then give them time people. |

Yes, that's all I needed to know...was never trying to rush him. I think updates every 2 to 3 weeks isn't too much to ask when there is so much interest in this product. Thank you for the update

Yeah a small update goes a long ways, but it does not prevent me from checking this thread daily lol. Anyways, ESS has a reputation to uphold and no other tuner has touched the n52 engine in terms of F/I. I am sure that most of us are willing to wait for this kit as long as possible.
My friends say why not just trade in your car for a 535i? Well this is my first bmw and I bought it brand new back in 2006. Sometimes the car holds a personal value to you that only you understand. |

I like a flat, meaty torque curve. Not saying the 335i is a lag whore, but I've driven supercharged e46s, and loved the linear feel. If I could get 300 whp out of my NA N52, I probably wouldn't go the SC route, but for now, this seems to be something worth holding out for.
