MusicarNW Level 1 system installed by Technic

Hello all,

Just wanted to leave a note to let everyone know how great Ken at MusicarNW and Technic in Ft Lauderdale and on this forum have been in helping me decide and finally install the best sounding upgrade I could have ever dreamed of.
My budget was to stay around $2000 or less, and Ken worked with me for several months (email back and forth) to come to the best system for the money, their Level 1 BMW System. Since I don't live in the great northwest, Ken recommended I call Technic down here in south Florida, and again, I received only prompt and courteous support.

Had it installed today, on a Saturday, by Technic, for a very reasonable installation charge, and IT SOUNDS FANTASTIC - far above the OEM system.

So thanks to both Ken and Technic for the guidance and help - I highly recommend them both. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous people to work with!

From all the posts, it seems like a great option. I am starting to look for my 335i with the awful no tweeter base system. It's hard to believe a car this great can have a stereo this bad.

Frankly, I'm glad and surprised you were able to get through to Ken at MusicarNW.

I tried earlier this year myself, and really never got any real dialogue going due to how busy he was.

Thinking you were one of the lucky ones, since he and Technic are some of the most knowledgeable here. Luckier still because, Ken could've gotten you top tier equipment only to have it ruined if you had a terrible installer. With Technic, you couldn't go wrong!

I have never had a single issue with Ken or MusicarNW - I do know they were closed for a few days earlier last month to attend the national installer trade convention (where they won the Shop of the Year award and are on the list of the Top12 shops in the nation!). And he was out sick I think for a few days afterward.

I'd keep trying - it's worth your patience.

I know myself and at least a couple other forum members had issues with him getting back to us over a period of several months.

In my case, I gave up after 4 months.

It's okay though, I ended up finding someone equally knowledgeable and helpful so all is good!
