Black e90 335XI on BC Racing Coilovers
Had a chance to install my BC Racing coilovers last weekend and I am happy with the results overall. It is low enough that it definitely improves the looks of the car substantially. I would have probably went with just a spring/koni yellow setup if we had any decent spring options that eliminated the rake. The ride quality is great, on full soft I think that it is REALLY close to the stock ride quality. Stiffen it up a little bit and it becomes a whole lot more fun. I only have about 70 miles on it so far but it really transformed the car and I am very happy with it so far and have an appointment to get it aligned Wednesday after everything settles a little bit.
I think I am going to add some spacers this weekend as well. What do you guys think, 10mm, 12mm or 15mm? |

Thanks man, yours is looking great as well! I found some 15mm's for the rear and 10mm for the front from a forum member that I'm going to try out.

No you cant go any lower as they come. There is room to thread the perches down about another 3/8" but the center spindle? wont thread down far enough into the strut body to allow it. You may be able to disassemble it and cut it down or get a shorter one from BC? Just throwing out ideas.

Sorry to revive an old thread, but you just simply ordered the RWD versions from their website, no modifications?

Yes, they fit perfect but just don't go as low. They are the extreme low version which goes slightly lower than the other model I believe. I am still very happy with them, I think they sit at the perfect height for a daily.
