Those Carreras GT are not the easiest cars around. I remember another deadly crash on a closed track a few years ago. I recall lawsuits vs Porker or am I wrong?

Cheers

Yes, the Porsche Carrera GT disintegrated and burst into flames. I think I've seen that before.

I can't find details of the accident. There is nothing left of that car except the front end.

This is the result of the case I remember. It was a big deal to those doing track days. Bottom line, the Carrera GT is a handful to drive and doesn't even have PSM (like DSC). http://www.sportscarmarket.com/colum...or-4-5-million

There's nothing left of the car at all. His friend was driving his car and he drove into a tree after loosing control at about 100mph. The whole car was engulfed in flames and there's nothing left of it.

Sad news indeed. My condolences to his family and friends. At first I thought it was a hoax like the Jacki Chan one. It is very ironic that he passed away in an automobile accident. RIP Brian O'Conner.

I usually don't care for these Hollywood types passing away. But this one, I can honestly say I am in disbelief and saddened. He seemed like a good guy. He was on his was to a charity event he was holding for the Philippines. He, with the F&F franchise brought the import car scene to mainstream media.

I feel horrible for him, family and friends. RIP.

Some one in California needs to propose a new bill called the Walker Bill making it law to have solid objects near roads to be collapsable or removed (Including trees)! If the only thing around them to hit was a curb and grass... I'm sure this car would have just slid to a stop and no fiery death. The city is responsible for planting that tree in that spot and placing a pole in that exact spot.

Warning! Danger to Manifold!

Fast and Furious is what got me into cars.. I grew up with those movies as a teenager.. This is the first death that hits close to home.. Maybe it shows my youth, but it is those FnF films that many of us owe our love for tuning cars to
