335i still delayed

Ive been wanting to order a E92 335i since December but haven't been able to do so since I have an ongoing Lawsuit with GM, and the dealer wont respond to the lawyers, so now its an even longer process... Sorry fella's just venting

it was Trailblazer SS LS2 pushing 550whp incase anyone was wondering.

Im suing GM becuase of a defect in the SUV that would cause it to go WOT without touching the gas pedal. It was iin the dealer 4+ times for the problem and the dealer could NOT fix the problem. Well it led to an accident, Where i was pulling out of a driveway and the truck decided to go full throttle, I Avoided a brick wall, wound up going up R.R tracks and hit a telephone pole causing 15k in damage.
