275 wide tires in the rear. F3X

I got a great deal on some 275/30 r19 last year but the fitment is God awful. I don't have the patience to wear them out so looking to fill the arches a bit better.

The car is an f36 on bilstein b4 and H&R sport springs (purple/ blue) very minimal drop.

Does anyone run 275/ 35 r19? Even 275/ 40 r19 although they might be a bit too deep and give noticeable rake.

This is how 275/ 30 looks. Wheel gap for days with my setup.

I'd love to go 285 wide but I think they would rub on the fenders under load or cornering hard.

What's my next move for rear tires?

My wheels are ET +35

Sidewalls on my firehawks are about 2.5" so under what they should be at 30% so I may get away with a 275/ 40 in this tire.

Im sick of the dumb looking gap.

I know people will tell me to get coilovers but I have many things more important to spend on and the rideheight is decently practical

Use 265/35/19(26.3") rear, 235/40/19(26.4") front

I prefer a bit more meat on the road. I'm pretty happy with my 245 front and 275 rear it's just the sidewall ratio that's off for me. Hooking is a challenge with 625whp and rwd.

From a width standpoint, here's a picture of my 245/35(f) and 285/30(r) setup. Those are 20" Falken Azenis FK510s, to compare dimensions to your tire of choice. I'm lowered on dinan springs and I have 0 rubbing in the rear. I do have rubbing in the front, but it's only on the front part of the fender liner.

275/40/19 won't fit. 275 /35/19 will fit

If you want drag grip you need stickier tires than firestone indy 500. bridgestone re-71rs or yoko advan a052?

I assume you already have an LSD?

I do want a drag setup at some point. Maybe some smaller rims and dedicated tires

They had a mega coupon on firehawks in 275/35 r19 (-$106 for two) so a broke out the credit card.

Seems the 275/35 ratio is on the money.

Will fill the rear arches way better I think
