Nothing good was every going to come out of a thread like this. Unless you were on the ice, there is no "yours" and "ours" as far as I'm concerned. You're just another guy watching it on TV...

I can attest to this. They are very fulfilling. So much we get the most medals in those competitions as well.

I'm sure it's really ironic that my name is Joey Chestnut.

I'm a member of several websites and in all if them there is a huge amount of Canadians who really are the sorest winners I've ever come across. It's truly sad that they feel the need to rub a friendly countries nose in the snow like this after a victory. Its goes beyond friendly competition and into the realm of gloating and chest pounding.

That's because they don't win enough to take a win with a grain of salt.

Dude..

Why don't you google #FuckCanada and see what the definition of sore loser is.... It's spelt USA...

Canada beat USA without controversy and America began crying like sore bitches...

It would have been worth it for Canada to bitch if that empty netter would have went in for the chicks game...that would have been BS (actually, glad it hit the post). I did hear the chicks acted like a-holes after the game. Much like Jeremy Roenick (and others) did in trashing the hotels after the Nagano games.

Can't say much about losing a 1-0 game in the men's to Canada...that was a damn good attempt. I don't think any of the USA players where whining about it.

I do feel bad for Travares...and the Islanders organization. They've got a legit right to complain. We may never see hockey like this again because of it.

Good. I can feel your anger. I am defenseless. Strike me down with all of your hatred and your journey towards the dark side will be complete.

I find it hilarious that some Canadians think any Americans care about Hockey.

Good job Canada. Maple Pride!

Don't confuse hatred with love. I've had great experiences in Canadia. A few involved bj's at Cheetah's and fries with gravy at Windsor casino.

The WNBA gets more viewership in the U.S than the National Hockey League, and Major League Soccer.

I don't know any WNBA fans in real life.

That's why this thread is so funny.

Canadian Guy 1: "Hey let's make the U.S forum guys mad and brag about woman's hockey and the Winter Olympics!"

Canadian Guy 2: "Yeah that would be soooo funny. I bet they'll be really angry."

The entire premise is hilarious.
