yep...wait..what?

Still processing the ALCS record setting MVP is being labeled as scared and a douche by a Rangers fan.

And where in any of my posts did I label Nelson Cruz "as scared and a douche??"

Fact: Texas as a team choked big time, they had 3 blown save opportunities in the same freaking game and some questionable moves by Washington.

MY OPINION : This will have a lingering effect tonight on Texas but hopefully they can persevere and come out on top. If not, they will be talking about game 6 for a long long time.

StL Cards fan here. The city is buzzing. Everyone in the office has their red gear on and everyone is bailing early.

We are all talking about Freese, and hoping he delivers again.

I have tickets. My sugarmomma is taking me. Game 7. Woot.

How did StL become the underdog? Just by not being as steady? Rangers are the next Cubs. - Oh yes I did.

I think it's that you guys were the wild card, and just barely. And ouch. Enjoy the game, it's been a great series, no matter what happens.

As a neutral fan here, I have to say this is pretty dumb. Also, not understanding why they're the underdog suggests you didn't follow a whole lot of baseball this year, to include the Rangers' romp through the AL playoffs. And don't say "that's only because the AL is weak" because the AL posted the superior record in interleague play this year (as they do pretty much every year).

Would have been a very VERY different outcome to the entire postseason had the Braves not fallen apart like they did, or if the Phillies let the Braves sneak off with a couple W's in that last series. The Cards wouldn't even be here.

If's and maybe's though.

Go Rangers!

Not directed at you. Read some of the other posts regarding scared/douche.

You did mention "mojo".
Baseball is full of it and SL has USED ALL OF THEIRS UP!!!!

I think it was the Pirates who were the last team to win game 7 on the road.
Well, it's Halloween weekend...

It is my predictions thread.
Rangers 5
Cards 4
in another thriller...to continue the Halloween theme.

Since he played the "next Cubs" card, here is his sugar momma.

I predict that the Cards will win by a score of 6-2.

Well done, Cards.

Now you know how Red Sox fans felt in '86 when that ball went between Buckner's legs. One second you're sure you will win the World Series and then suddenly you don't. Hard to take.

Hat tip to the Cards.

One of the better series that I can remember. Outcome was not ideal but life goes on.

I predict that from this point forward whoever beats the Phillies will win the World Series.
