Dulcolax(sp?) I didnt go for 4 days once, I took 2 pills 2hrs later I was literally shitting non stop for about 5 minutes. Felt like a million bucks!!! Give it a whirl

You could have IBS. Try taking Myalax or whatever its called. Try running with some hard shoes for 10-15 minutes. Kinda gross but it will loosen everything up in there. Getting kinda graphic but after running trying sitting on the john and have your legs on a stool so your feet are about 6-8" off the ground. It will help trust me. Update me!
