got a bag of cherry tomatoes confiscated at the border. It was my lunch as I was driving down to Massachusetts and thats what I packed as my driving snack. I'm arab so of course my car was fully searched at the border, so much effort for a bag of cherry tomatoes...seriously

but whatever they're doing their job.

i used to work in Toronto for a year and crossed the boarders by plane and car many times.

you are not allowed to bring any fruits back from Canada. Not even an orange.

Also, you will need a passport to enter Canada and re-enter the states. They will scan your passport biographic data page and they will know of any record you may have after the scan. Not sure if they care about a felony charge or not, but get ready for more questioning. If you have tattoos, hide them. Don't lie to them. They know more than you think and will pull your car to the search garage if they sense anything fishy.

Driving into Canada is hilarious. Usually it goes something like this...

Hello sir, why are you coming to Canada?
To go moose hunting

Is this your car? Yes

How do you pay for it? With cash

Where are you going? Montreal

Do you have a hotel? We have a suite at the Sofitel.

How much money do you have with you? $9900

What do you do for a living? I'm a student

Why are you carrying so much cash? There's a casino in Montreal

Where did you get the cash? From the bank

Where did you get the cash? In America the streets are paved with gold

Then come questions about why I have traveled to lots of countries, why are there so many visas on my passport? My family is very affluent. This prompts a confused look form the border patrol, the car gets searched and then they let us in.

Coming back to the US is much easier. The border patrol asks why we went to Canada, we tell them we went to Montreal for the easy girls and cheap alcohol "It's like going to Mexico, but colder and safer...and we saw a moose". They laugh and let us in.

The hairy nut thing and lichee, both taste the same to me, like perfumy, then again, both have never been in my mouth long enough to get a good taste.

Damm bro you post some of the most stupidest shit to get advice on. You need to ask immigration for this crap. Don't take a chance on following the advice from random people on the internet. Y you gotta a flag from nepal on your profile? U from nepal or vietnam? Your topics are entertaining though. Haha.

I had 2 Hold'em table going, and i employed 2 hot chicks to deal for me and take in rakes and tips, and i had a black jack table going...i did it 3 nights a week and avg revenue per night was 2K after paying off the girls and providing food and drinks for the degenerates...i got greedy, then later on i started doing tournaments and letting people i didnt know come to play, did that for 7 months and racked up a lot of money. Then the cop must've had an informant playing in the game and they came knocking with the swat team...scariest thing ever...this was back in 04, that turned my life upside down...but i never gave up, realized the only job i could get now is in the car business so that's what i do...

you took that with good humor, i was worried it would have started a 'thing'

*tips hat

I'm from Niagara and you've been given good advice (sundowner). Other than that there isn't much going on in Niagara. If you bring the M3 up i'll tell you where the best roads are though. There are some great ones in the area.

I went to Canada like 15 years ago, when i was much younger, went as far north as Quebec, accidentally went to a gay bar...quite an experience, i remember eating the good fruits and the waterfall was a much better experience on that side, went to Toronto and got sick from eating chinese food there, dirty as shit...

They only took what was floating around the tables that day, and what i had in my safe, which was a lot...the money i made during the months i bought several motorcycles with it, but they had no proof that i bought it with gambling money so they could not confiscate it...they tried to, took all the chips, the tables, chairs, even the liquor...wtf, cuffed everyone that was there that night, and they were fined and had to do community service...
