That's the only mildly healthy thing I have ever seen you eat , but next time if you have to eat bread, eat whole grain bread, wheat bread is junkfood, and ditch the croutons.

You can add some horseradish and a little low calorie mayo for some flavor, balsamic vinaigrette is another option. Also adding minced garlic, diced bell peppers, tomatoes, onion, or shredded carrots or radishes would kick it up in flavor, and you get a lot of health benefits from it as well. I eat something similar, but with the diced veggies I mentioned on a bed of arugala and kale and it's actually really good! Sometimes I use sandwich pal brand horseradish mustard as a dressing, it's only 15 calories a tsp, and it's really tasty!

then you must be allergic to my other posts of the pulled pork with lettuce, salmon with asparagus, beef chuck with veggies in red wine sauce, kashi go lean cereal, etc....

lunch and dinner is what I primarily post.

I'm not gonna post the banana, the light yogurt, the 20 almonds or the 2 manadarins I eat as snack HAHA !!!!

only thing that ruined yesterday's fiagolli meal was the ground beef, which has 110 CFF...

it's ok though, because I would have had 3 bowls of that shit for dinner as opposed to one bowl and giving the rest to my pitbulls.....

Good, croutons aren't healthy, just empty calories. you could try adding some balsamic and ev olive oil if you want some more flavor while staying healthy.

yeah, going on my 7th day on this diet.

I get up from my desk at my cubicle and I feel my pants falling off the back of my ass lol.

even if I'm not following the diet plan 100% of the time, every single meal that I have eaten has been 80-90% healthier than my previous diet.

I guess you could say it's a "lifestyle change", even though I hate using that phrase right now....

I really need some 99% lean ground turkey in place of that ground beef....

\..

Well that alone is all that matters! The best advice I could give you is to read a book called Eat To Live, it changed my lifestyle drastically, in fact I lost 20lbs in the first 20 days, no shit!

You really should read it, you don't have to follow the books diet plan to a T but it's good to apply some of the principals to your diet. It will really put things into perspective about nutrition. I knew I was getting my bodyfat down when I could see my ribs again!

LOVE

there are half a million taco trucks here in Houston.

the tortillas are awesome, the meat is dripping in grease/fat, the hot sauce is the best and the cup of beans they give you is fantastic....

the Mexican Coke just ties it all in.....

I actually think a lot of roach coach taco trucks taste better than most of those trendy gourmet food trucks.

Would not consider this place trendy lol. It's a truck only in the sense that at some point it started as a vehicle. It's stationed permanently at this parking lot and has been there for years. Next to the "truck" they setup a tent where they make corn and fruit juices.

Looking good, next time tell her to leave out the potatoes, and add some leaner veggies instead, like spinach, squash or bell pepper strips, throw in some garlic, jalapenos, and onions as well!
