So if I didn't eat enough vegetables lately and I take a ginormous shit thats so big that it rips my asshole as its comming out. Will the bacteria from the shit get in the cuts and give me an asshole infection?

Yes, that's the best remedy. Definitely put your sister's chapstick to your bumhole.

I'm just joking. Used chapstick might have other germs too, so I wouldn't use that. You can use Neosporin or that sort of thing if you like. I've heard that it helps.
