Advice on springs
Looking to get my 330i pretty low to get rid of the ugly wheel gap, but not too low. I’ve concluded that H&R sport springs would give me the best result. I’m running 275 rears, 255 fronts. Do you guys think I’ll rub? I’ve got the M- adaptive suspension.
Thanks |

Welcome!
Is there a possibility that you may not be satisfied with how low (or not ...) the suspension will be after H&R Sport Springs installation? If yes - the springs provide only one setting - whatever the height will be after the suspension settles. It will be helpful to find a BMW enthusiast in the area with H&R Sport Springs installed and see how these springs on an actual car before making a purchase decision. I wouldn't recommend these springs. The suspension travel is significantly reduced leading to a bounce ride. Having said that, there are many drivers do like these springs. Your mileage may vary. https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=735186 |

I personally recommend Eibach springs which is what i got mine on. You can see the difference in ride height here. (Stock is M-sport springs, non-adaptive).
I see its mentioned above that the H&R springs makes the ride more bouncy, i have the exact opposite experience with Eibach. Its not a gigantic difference, but id say its about 20% stiffer than stock M-sport springs. Last edited by MagnusAG99; 01-24-2024 at 08:09 AM.. |
