The green line is rpm, not the blue. Blue = boost.

Why doesnt that make sense? I have the 8 speed auto. Gears 1/2/3 are way too short to show boost in the logs. Even 4th gear is short. Hence 5th gear pull. I think you have 6 speed transmission? So we cant compare same gear pulls as mine are much shorter in same gear

Lets just compare gear ratios:
Your car:
335i E9x manual
1st: 4.06
2nd: 2.4
3rd: 1.58
4th: 1.19
5th: 1.00
6th: 0.87

Mine:
1st: 4.70
2nd: 3.13
3rd: 2.10
4th: 1.67
5th: 1.29
6th: 1
7th: 0.84
8th: 0.67

This means your 5th and my 6th are the same. My 5th is shorter than your 4th and my 4th is shorter than your 3rd. Your 4th would be a good comparison against that 5th gear log of mine. You would have a slight longer gear so you would have a slight edge.

His log is more applicable to your stg1 log vs the 91oct log you were using in your original comparison...

That being said, Dark also has the newer n55 turbo and not that it changes power too much more but it appears that purestg1 is holding more boost than the vtt...would love to see if this is the case on the MFD<7/2013 turbos?

He's in a longer gear than i am not saying its longer by much but definitely could be the equivalent of 1-2psi. Seems around 6500 rpm where he's holding 17psi im holding 16ish-15. We'll find out more once i get a 4th gear log to somewhat match his 5th gear.

Darkhold doesn't have the 4" turbine outlet, does he? If he does this is apples to oranges, but if he is still on the 3" then we should be in good shape. We will have tons of Pure turbo logs once the group buy finds the last person

OHH thanks for the clarification! So you do have the same turbo as us e-series owners? Is the only different that you have an 8-speed auto instead of DCT then?

Talking 10th Place?

I know someone locally who has this turbo, so if the offer is still available I'll take the 10th place.

I wouldn't base the turbo's ability to hold boost just on the turbo alone. Supporting mods will show the efficiency of the motor/turbo setup. An intake, ic, downpipe, charge pipe all should be factored in, even then every car/setup is different.
