Southbay BMW in Socal?

www.southbaybmw.com Has anyone been there before? I moved and these guys are the nearest dealership to me now. Any negative comments on them?

Did european delivery through them (Phillippe Kahn) and also had car in to the service department for a minor tech issue (seat sensor replacement) and I was very impressed with how everything was handled. Great dealership in my opinion.

I can see there are improvements that can be made with South Bay.

They had forgotten to screw in the scoop that goes before my intake. In fact, I found the screws days later in the gutter at the root of the wipers. The little things can make a very bad impression if you hadn't done anything great to begin with.
