take it for what it's worth, but with that much hp they might as well throw a AMG badge on the damn thing and compete with the M3.

Not sure about that one-the AMG will have the new v8 with 500hp (the same v8 as the CLS AMG)
The new v6 on the 350 has 286 hp and can easily be tuned in house to do over 300. Unless MB wants another car on top of the 350? That would be a lot of market segmentation for them.
