Haha, nah, he eats pellets. Piranhas are given a bad name by TV shows and movies. In reality, they are some of the most skittish fish I've ever seen. I'll stick my arm in his tank all day, he wont even come near it, let alone bite me.

If he'd ever come out of his rock, I'd take a newer pic. He just hides all day though.

Piranhas are less aggressive if they are alone and not in a school.

They are also less aggressive if they are well fed.

never been used, never touched water, still has the protective paper on the walls

I have two stands, a cheapy i was going to use for a dedicated prop tank in my garage and a beautiful custom made stand made specifically for this tank (a little taller than standard). I'm trying to sell because it's just taking up space in my living room and I want the money back for other (probably car related) things.

If you're interested I'm also trying to get rid of a Wahoo, and EV240 protein skimmer... Also brand new.

Let me know man! PM me!

I have a feeling that it's a fast swimmer and it's going to be a quick and aggressive eater.

I'm seriously thinking about going back to raising saltwater aquarium fish. But it's going to be a lot of hard work.

he's very fast. He's not aggressive though, He is said to ignore the other fish and he is pretty hardy. He's fully grown and is getting along with my angel and clown and mandarin. So hopefully it will stay that way
