The Lions didn't need OT to beat the Skins. Just sayin'....
And before I get flamed, it was said in jest. I know the Saints whooped us earlier this year, and I know a Lions fan shouldn't be talking shit, but, hey, it's once in a blue moon that I get to say anything like that, so let me have my moment please. |

He is a great QB, hopefully this year he doesn't manipulate the system when the season is over after his team doesn't win the superbowl. Maybe this time he'll retire for good, instead of "retire" out of his contract and sign with another team he thinks he can win a superbowl with. |

Saints got lucky with that play being called a fumble. You could clearly see the whole forearm on the ground before you could be sure the ball was loose. But then again, a win is a win.

Its domination when you lose to the raiders and have the lead in the 4th quarter.

Well he is a good QB but you gotta admit that he is kinda overrated with all the media attention. But enough is enough, let's just say the Saints don't suck but they are not the best team and leave it at that. I don't wanna bash the Saints anymore in this thread.

And I agree Peyton is great, and I thought so when I played High school football with him in New Orleans. I cannot say anything bad about him, great athlete and great guy. |

Plus, Brees was a guy basically left for dead after his shoulder surgery. Nobody expected him to play at this level ever and as such, the Saints were the only team to believe in him and give him a contract. The Dolphins thought it'd be better to sign the washed up Dante Culpepper instead of Brees and look how that turned out .
The fact that he recovered in such short amount of time to throw with such accuracy and distance is definitely something to give him credit for.
