Any1 driven M235i and new ISF (steering feel)

Or any new sporty Lexus, which has the better steering feel?

I dont just mean confidence at 9/10ths but also road feel cruising down the street.

Are you referring to the old IS-F?

Or the new IS models with the F-Sport package?

We have a GS 350 F-Sport and the steering feel of that car is very good. I'd say it is unequivocally better than the F10, though obviously well short of the excellent feel of the older BMW's like the E39. The best part about the new GS is the adaptive suspension which really noticeably tightens things up in Sport + mode and the speed sensitive steering works very well. I imagine the new GS-F (if it ever actually gets built) will be amazing...

I know this wasn't the question asked.

But I have an is350 f sport. And had a 4er m sport as a loaner and I found the is to have much better feel.

Just drove tons of cars for both myself as well as a friend's car replacement. I think the IS350F has come a long way, but the steering feel is much nicer in the 2/3/4 series BMW. I ended up with a BMW, she didn't - but neither of us felt the Lexus was worth the price. If you're more into luxury than sport - I think it's an excellent choice. For us, performance and sporty-feel was more important and the Lexus just comes off as too soft.

Im confused now with the conflicting reports, dont know what years they did the revise and such. BTW I dont believe there should be much difference say between a new 1 series and new 5 series, I have found steering systems tend to just get upgraded across the range unlike stuff like OBC OS.

@ybbiz34 sorry dont really know my Lexus cars, I guess any sport model apart from their LFA and 2nd best would do.

Im asking cause there does not seem to be a known consensus right now between BMW and Lexus.
