you know you should do the same ab (or any muscle) workout more than a couple times....you should always change the routine so your muscles never adapt. It's like fighting a cold, your immune system adapts to the virus then can fight it.

I saved all those problems by just not taking pictures or videos of anything that I do. Im always behind the camera

And there is one at Passport in DC (Black Saph/Black) that they are asking $48K for.... and when I take my car in for it's oil change/tire rotation, I'm going to torture myself over it.

i just did a loan calc... if the car is 48k plus 7500 off roll in my 15-20k negative... its like $1300 a month... if i go to 72mos, its $1100 which is what im paying now
