Oh man, I wish I could find the picture of the truck that parked literally an inch away from this 1ers driver's side door. Anybody have that? It wasn't a terribly long time ago that it was posted.

Worst parking job I've seen in years.

Wow, some real gems in this thread.

I'll post up a pic of the parking spaces right below my apartment window tomorrow when its light out. There is a loading area that everyone but me (apparently) parks in. I refuse to do it, because Im not a douche.

The only time I cross the parking lines is when Im parking next to an end-cap, and I'll park partially in that end-cap, to keep my car away from the car on the other side of me. I do it at work whenever I score an end-cap spot.

I drive an M so I am better than everyone in this thread.

*cues some guido fist pumping music* unce unce unce unce unce unce

Just kidding. Seriously.

Regarding parking away from others, I do it all the time. I never take up more than a single parking space no matter how far away I park. Whenever I see someone double park all I can think to myself is, "Wow, they must be reeeaaaally important to need to take up two parking spaces." Luckily I'm not a nut job like some people out there who will key a car just because it took up two spaces. It's downright wrong but it's pretty easy to avoid such a situation - don't double park!

Agree 100%.. double parking is a douche move.. and significantly increases the risk that someone will damage your car..

So my Girlfriend and I are leaving a restaurant and we smell rubber burning as we walk to our car at the end of the parking lot and I walk past this Audi. The front tires were stuck in front of the concrete parking stopper. They were pushing on the front of the car as another floored the gas and the tires just kept spinning. Seriously no clue how you would even do it.....? Wouldn't you say to yourself "wow I need to slow down cus I need to stop in this parking space..."

My oldest brother (doctor) always takes up two spaces in his 911 gt2. I don't blame him but it makes him look like a huge douche lol.
