sounds like the shit i used to attend in high school. 2 people like each other & keep checking each other out, but neither one has the balls to start a conversation. w/e next time u see her, just act casual and acknowledge the fact that you do know who she is (dont give her a hug or anything) but dont say "hey, my name is....", be like "nice to see you again" this will show that u do remember her from the party and actually recognize who she is. Shows a little interest off the spot imo.

Sorry guys, my friend left for a week vacation down the shore before we could set something up and Ive been too caught up with summer classes and such to get in touch with her. You seem like a honest person, who doesn't need to hide anything. Do the same with her, just walk up and start a nice convo with confidence. Better yourself? Cmon dude. The only way to better yourself is to put yourself in situations like this. The sooner you remove yourself from your comfort zone, the sooner you'll be able to talk to pretty girls without getting shy around them.

+1, think of it like skydiving, you'll be scared the first couple of times, but after that it will be second nature.

You dont need to better yourself, you just need to get out of that comfort zone. Hell if you have to say you dont normally do this because you're typically shy, but you wanted to meet her. Crack a joke like "I'm doing terrible arent I", and if she is interested she will laugh and the awkwardness will disappear.

Im not a bullshitter so I never know what to say to get things flowing. If its clear to me that shes interested, talking to a girl isnt much of a problem and Im alright with continuing the conversation

In my previous posts in this thread, I told you to crack a joke and make her laugh. Collin reiterated my point. Girls love guys that are funny. If you're not funny, they get bored easily. If you're funny, it keeps them on edge always waiting to see what you're gonna say or do next. I always tell my friends, if you can put a real smile on her face, then you're doing good.

Read my previous post on how to get things flowing. Don't try flashing your Prada sunglasses or your Gucci belt or your Bimmer key to get a conversation started. Most girls all notice that kind of stuff. The girls that bring it up in conversation are most likely gold diggers. (At least that's how it was for me. Anytime a girl mentions my clothing, I instantly know not to mess with them.)

But like I said, being funny is the key. But don't over do it. Then she'll know you're trying too hard.
