Back is nice, side is nice, front is nice until you hit the bumper. WTF were they thinking designing a bumper like that? The F430 scud looks so much meaner.

I do however agree that the California is a dud, but then again, it's sort of Ferraris "Boxster"...much cheaper then what was their cheapest car before it.
Nah man.

OK, OK. I agree. POS was way too harsh. I would take one in a second...just saying that the 360 did not excite me as much as the 348 or 355 did when they came out. Even the engine tone on the 360 needs a TUBI exhaust to sound nearly as good as the 355.

It was all designed for aerodynamics. The black pieces in the bumper change angles depending on the speed of the car to either provide downforce or be more streamlind. But I do agree that the bottom painted piece should come up a bit towards the middle to give it more of a mean look. That part is not agressive enough.

The first batch of pics it looked great, must have just been the camera angles. Now...I'm not happy. The Gallardo looks better.
+1....I loved this car in the first set of pics...but now....Hmmm..I'm not feeling the front. The hood intakes look weird as bimmer_loyalist pointed out. The back is ok but not exciting.

But I still think it would look good in real life(no photographs, just your eyes).

How are we way out of line? I'm pretty sure we have the right to voice our own opinions, Mr. Fidel Castro.

Something else. "Nicest" is also purely subjective, since I think the F40, 288 GTO, and 355/F355 are the "nicest" Ferraris and don't necessarily have skinny waist lines and big flares over the wheels.

And I sincerely doubt that this is a POS:

Even though the 360 is 10 years old, it still look soooo badass!!!

You do have the right to voice your opinion...and so do I To me, you guys saying that this car is ugly is the same thing as me saying the 360 was a low point in Ferrari design. We are all entitled to our opinion. Me Castro? Your about to cut off my balls for expressing my opinion so how are you better? I do not mean to make this a bashing thread. We are all entitled to our opinions and I think this will be a stunning car on the road. You are entitled to choose a 430 over it.

By the way...The pic you posted is of 360 Challenge Stradale. A much different beast to the 360. If you were to drive both you would agree that it is like comparing a 335 with an M3.

And as far as a 10 year old Ferrari still looking badass...I agree. In fact I think this is the case for all Ferraris. Can you believe that the Enzo is almost 10 years old. Debut in 2001 as a 2002 model. 348 still looks pretty modern and is 20 years old. Take any sports car form that era and compare...night and day.

The 360 is nice but it looks quite dated compared to the 430. Once the 458 drops it's going to make the 430 look dated and the 360 look ancient.

Damn, that never even occurred to me! In my mind, it's still 4-5 years old.

Ferrari is just on a whole other level of beauty and sophistication...that is until you compare it to this.

That's debatable. The F Roadster is really something else, though

Maybe these real world pics taken from yesterdays launch at Fiorano will ease your minds that this car will be stunning in person.
