Thank you for your theme. I have comfort access and soft close, my soft close was from F10 for the rear doors. It was plug and play for the front doors and has some small issues but isn't something that no one can figure out how to mount. I'm so happy that everything was smooth and ended with a happy story.

Interesting. I wonder why mine doesn't behave that way. Maybe I need to adjust my striker plate. And that is correct, it slams completely closed and then the motor pulls it in further and then back out to resting position. Soft close will work normally if you gently push it closed
