I've always switched out to summer set up end of march/first week of april. I think if we get any snow, it might just be a coating and not a few inches. *knocks on wood*

Minnesota natives care to chime in (Brad, Martin, Nick, Gary.....)
I wouldn't get your hopes up quite yet. :-P First week of April should be pretty safe.

Well this is only my sixth winter here, but I feel safe in saying that MN is just teasing us with this fine weather! There will no doubt be some more snow for us. The positive is that with the warmer air temps and more intense sunshine, it shouldn't stick around very long.

I'm planning on putting my summers on the last weekend of March (the 26th). It's always a little risky though, as it could even snow in April, so it's a tough call

Exclamation Bowling for a Good Cause!

Guys,

I figured I would reach out to you guys to see if you would be interested in putting a team together for this. It would require 5 people. Let me know if any of you are interested and I can register a team. Think about it we could be the Bavarian Beemer Bowlers! (That was terrible. I promise I will let Nick pick a name for the team.)

It is on the 10th of April.

www.knockindownasps.com

It would be $200 per team which would include 2 hours of bowling, t-shirts, food, etc.

Cheers,
Anvar

You can count me in. Only issue is that it's been a long time since I last bowled, so you probably shouldn't be in it to win if you pick me

Oh no worries at all Gary. When I was growing up in India, there was like one bowling alley in the entire country, and it was closed most of the time. Needless to say, I am no pro either! Glad you're in. We need 3 more people!

For sure! It's so nice out today though - feels like spring. I can't get over how quickly the snow and ice is melting on the streets.

I know, I might actually be able to see past the snow banks on the street corners again pretty soon!

Car Control Clinic

Brad and Aaron, you guys are both in the BMW CCA right? Have you ever attended the car control clinic they run? I was thinking about taking part next month and was just wondering if you guys had some feedback...

Gary,
Unfortunatly I have been unable to make it to any of their events. I hope that changes this year!

Yes and yes. I would highly recommend taking part in one of these. I've done the advanced car control clinic, and it was a great experience. It's well worth the $100 fee.

That's good news! I asked the question on MNBMW too, and have gotten positive feedback. I'll go ahead and register!

These next few days are going to be beautiful!! I don't remember when I had the windows and sunroof open!

On a subject regarding cars, I am having my windows re-tinted tomorrow by Tint Pros. Biting the bullet with 35% for the front windshield and 20% every where else.
