Sorry, this is complete bs, and wealth privilege at its definition.
Dude, the pill bottle was in his back pack, not clenched in his hand when he crashed. The bottle could have been in there for months. It could have contained vitamins, or aspirin, or throat lozenges, or golf tees, you don't know, and neither do we.

And WTF is "wealth privilege" anyway. Tiger is one of the worlds top professional golfers, he got there working his ass off. If you want some "privilege" go work to get it. No one is holding you back.

One of my buddies drove me back to an aid station at our base camp, about 15 miles to the rear. I "came to" while we crossing a big river, on a barge. I stayed at the aid station over night for observation for a possible concussion. My chest and back hurt like hell, as did my head. The medics gave me APC (military version of aspirin). I was back on duty the next day, in the field, sore as hell. Location: Near the Cambodian border, Vietnam, 1969.

Around here, they avoid testing you for drugs/alcohol unless specifically requested by LEO, because most insurance companies won't pay for care if it was caused by intoxication. The bill for that ambulance/ER visit is often better than $20k and they don't want to lose the revenue.
