All around excellent, powerful 335 Sedan. This is a driver's car, tastefully outfitted with aggressive but VERY streetable suspension tuning. The Dinan springs provide the perfect stance and the Sport Konis allow VERY controlled manners on all surfaces.

The exterior has had no paintwork, save for the M-Tech kit. All surfaces have been clayed and Zainoed to a gleaming finish. The hood, fenders and mirrors have a professionally installed Clear Bra from http://www.invisishield.com/. The M bumper has a fair share of rock chips as to be expected on a daily driver.

The interior smells like fresh leather. No SMOKING, or eating in this one! Zaino products have been used sparingly to wipe shoe scuffs. The only flaw is a tiny slit in the upper door panel on the passenger rear door. This could easily be fixed by a leather repair tech, but is extremely minor and easy to overlook.

No warranty repair history on this one...mechanically flawless...its only visit to the dealer was for the first 15k oil service, just completed.

Looking at getting an e90 in the next few wks. Yours is obviously one of several available in the colors I'm looking at. I will be in Houston over the Xmas holidays in 2-3 wks time visiting family and want to bring back a car.

Do you still have the 162 style whls?? ...not liking the e46 take-offs at all on the car. Why the chg may I ask?

Any accidents, door dings, etc.??
Heated seat pkg? (maybe I missed it...)

I know you say your in no rush to sell, but at the price, it simply won't in this economy. The others (e90 07's) I'm looking at are in the high $20's to low $30k range. Let me know if that is doable... Serious(mature) buyer - cash in hand.
