Haven't listened to what the "masses" call music for almost a decade. Guess I just don't conform very well. ~.^
I remember Gackt from Malice Mizer back when I was in High School

Yoko Kanno
Wasn't she married to John Lennon? LOL

The dead channel on Sirius rocks, especially the shows that I went to in my 1964 VW Bus.

Yup, have some Malice Mizer stuff too, but a lot of Gackt's solo stuff is pretty good. You should give it a listen if you like J-Pop/J-Rock.

Lol, not all their stuff is slow and sleep inducing. I usually pick the stuff that has a nice beat to it. :P

You're thinking Yoko Ono, not Yoko Kanno. Ono was married to John Lennon and is a somewhat eccentric artist and musician. Kanno is a composer and musician, primarily writing music for various anime series. Some of her most famous soundtracks include the Cowboy Bebop and Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex series OSTs.
