How many times on average does any of your cars need to do log runs to achieve the final result when being e tuned from ptf?
I think that depends Most on the Customer.
I had 4 but time After Time we Updated it and now i got about 10.
But this over a very Long Time.

In the Video against the B3 it was v4

But Other Thing:

We dont wanted to Blame the JB, it was just a nice Duell between two strong tunes.
If you guys dont like this we stop posting Videos like this.
I think we all know how strong JB is and what it means to Keep up with a Car like that or win against such a beast.

Not More and Not less we want to show here.
It is Fun doing those Races and we just want you to enjoy it like we do.

Videos are great, keep them coming! Just don't think because one car is running one way that 10,000 other cars are running the same way. There is a lot of variability in each setup. If your 335is friend is interested in getting faster just have him email current logs to BMS and they will provide him with the advice he needs to get in front next time.

Nice pulls. Hard to believe people still get butthurt when they see their respective tune lose. There's no secret tuning for running on stock turbos...

lol you guys are funny. Both the ptf and the jb4/cobb back end flash have been proven to be fast tunes.

The dct may be the best for quarter mile times, but the top end from my experience doesn't seem to be any better than the 6mt or even the 6at, which turns into a turd at higher speeds. Both zeel and myself have run a ptf tuned dct car. They get the intial jump, but the longer ratios of the 6mt/6at eventually start to creep back up. We don't fly by like a fighter jet passing a jogger, but we do start to gain ground back, like in this vid.

Dont See it as an attack.

@Mike
You are right! There is a JB 1M that kicked Aufi TTRs with upgraded Turbos (~500hp), Maybe i will Post that later. Need to find it.

Your statement was generalized which is false. Lets reflect a little ...

This is a misleading statement. They only set boost above 19 PSI unless the customer has requested it or it was something unintentional or an odd phenomena with the specific car. They preach HIGHLY AGAINST pushing stock turbos above their efficiency range which is above 19 PSI

This could be possible but it's also possible that there are a plenty of guys running 20psi+ on stock turbos if requested.

Thanks for the vids!!!
As mentioned before if a car is tuned by ptf beats a jb4 car it does not mean that all ptf cars will do the same.
Same thing can be said if a JB4 beats a ptf.
At the end of the day everyone has access to the same tables.
And both these companies will be more than happy to send an even more aggressive setup based on customer request as long as the customer understands the risks.

I did however just get the 335xi record with a jb4, however do feel a protune might be next down the road as a way to just know the car is properly dialed in all the time, I however love the options on a jb4! Both are great tunes I believe, it's all about what the end user needs and wants in his tune and honestly the power usually ends up being close and the races to! Variables always come into effect such as the difference in weigt if any along with anount of ethanol and so on! Good job in the ptf car btw!
