E91 Touring | Vapor Leak From Rear Passenger Side
Any idea what could be the cause of this? Video below.
https://streamable.com/rslqcm Car had been working fine all day. After a 4 hour drive to DC, on the way home every service light came on the dash.I thought it was strange so I let the car sit and didn't touch anything. After the car sat a bit, and I started it again, the lights went away for a while. Later on the way home, the lights came on again and I noticed water vapor filling the trunk area and condensation on the rear window above the battery. It was raining a little bit, maybe there's a leak somewhere? Eventually lost power and had to pull the car over. Wouldn't start after it died and had to get towed the rest of the way. Will I need a new battery? (I assume so), and do y'all have any idea what could be causing such a leak? Only other maintenance I needed was for EVAP so I'm not sure what the deal is. Thanks for any help! Last edited by gum_mp3; 08-11-2023 at 07:04 PM.. |

If every service light came on I am guessing it's probably electrical. Is your battery coded properly? Is the battery vent hose clogged?
