does 2009 328i rear bumper fir on the 2007 328i?

My 2007 328i rear bumper in bad shape. I see a 2009 328i rear bumper with the same color for sale. Would it fit on my car?

Thanks, It's a sedan. I did some research online, and they have different part numbers.

They have a different lower design but they bolt up the same way.
