Deck of Cards Workout = Death

Probably one of the hardest workouts ive ever done.

Instructions:
Take deck of cards, correspond 1 bodyweight movement to each suit of cards (4 excersizes total.
EX: I did Pullups, Bodyweight inverted rows, Dips, and close grip pushups.

Throw a card on the ground and do the correlated lift for the shown # of reps. aka if the card dropped was a 6 of spades, and spades were pullups: Do 6 pullups.

take 5-10 sec of rest if you need and repeat.
Try just numbered cards first then add faces as necessary.

It will usually take 15-20 min to get through a deck but it will be PAIN.

hahah this sounds like an exciting little game. I might try it the next time I'm at the gym.

It would suck to get the same suit consecutively...

i got it for inverted rows. My back was on fire.

I used a heart rate monitor and the amount of calories i burnt in the 20-30 min i did this was unbelievable. I havent tracked it in a while but its a nice change of pace for a workout.
