Can I touch up my 162 rim with factory paint?

Bad week: chipped my front rim slightly on a curb, and brushed another friggin curb on the way to the dealer this morning (separate issue which cost $500)

I've searched high and low, but cannot decide whether factory Tianium Silver paint can be used to touch up my rims

Any suggestions/links much appreciated

If the scratches are not deep then I think you have a good chance to repair them to almost perfect. I just bought the paint chip repair from BavAuto and it works pretty well. I had a nick on my hood and was able to reapir it using the 3 stage repair kit. it took about a good day to apply and dry. I paid about $35 I think. Now it is not going to be like there was nothing there but a slight indication. It comes with a clear coat sealant that was very easy to use. Much better than just trying to just touch up. It allows you to touch up with factory and then remove the excess blob and even everything out. You just apply the clear coat and you are done. I paid $600 for a small repair on the hood that could not be fixed with regular methods. Good luck and let us know what happens.
