I'm looking to transfer my 2011 BMW 335is lease. The car is in excellent condition. There are no dents, dings or scratches and its never been in any kind of accident. There are two exterior blemishes. The first is a rear wheel with a small bit of curb rash (see picture). The second is the front passenger wheel which has a bent exterior rim (occurred on 7/24/13). On the interior everything is perfect except on the door facing driver's side bolster. On the very edge is a little wearing of the color (see picture) Also the car is always garaged at home, and at work we have a parking garage so its covered there as well.

All service has been done locally at the BMW dealership Baron BMW. Paper copies of the service events are available, as well service events can be pulled off the key fob at any BMW dealership.

The reason I'm looking to transfer the lease is due to having a child a little over a year ago. We would like a second vehicle with more space than this BMW offers.

I've researched other 335is lease deals and you should find this one of the lowest lease prices that doesn't require any kind of security deposit or other down payment. Also, you're getting 4 extra wheels with winter tires already mounted and balanced, with TPMS, I paid $1,900 for that set up and they've only been through two winters.

I should also note, my winter tires are in storage so I did not take pictures of them, but they definitely are included unless you don't want them.

Bent Wheels: On July 24, 2013 I was driving on a boulevard doing roughly 45 mph and drove over a buckled piece of road. Apparently the buckle lip was high enough that it bent the front passenger wheel and slightly bent both rear wheels. Oddly the driver's side front wheel was unaffected. After driving over this lip I could instantly tell the alignment was off and I had a slight vibration. I took the car to Baron BMW who confirmed three bent rims. They have a guy who does rim repair and he quickly fixed all three rims. They removed all the wheel weights on all four wheels and re-balanced each. Each balanced true after the rim repair. Baron then did an alignment. Baron also inspected the suspension system and found no issues. The car drives the same as it did before running over that buckled road. The only remnant of this incident is the outside rim of the front passenger wheel is slightly bent. Baron said its tricky fixing the exterior of a wheel and opted not to do it since the wheel balanced fine without fixing it. The last two pictures in the photo gallery are of the passenger front wheel with the bent rim.

INCENTIVES: I will pay the $500 transfer fee, I will also include a cash incentive of $1,700. And in non-cash incentive I'm including I'm including winter wheels and tires with a new retail value of $1,900.

NOTE: BMW does not allow leases to transfer in the last 6 months of the lease. So anyone wishing to take over this lease will need to do so before approximately 11/27/2013.
