Unfortunately I have to let go of my 850i. She’s been a fantastic weekend car and one of my favorite BMW I’ve owned. The 6-speed manual paired with the silky smooth V12 has been simply intoxicating, but now she needs a new home. The car is all-original, rare European spec in absolutely immaculate condition. It has been driven on average only 4,491 miles per year and it clearly shows.
The car is a rare Euro-spec 6-speed imported directly from Germany and fully federalized. I’ve spent a lot of time and money getting it mechanically and cosmetically in pristine condition. Every single common E31 maintenance item has been addressed. I've recently replaced all suspension components including every single front and rear bushing, as well as many other maintenance items I've listed below. I have a comprehensive 2-inch binder documenting all service records including receipts for $6000+ I recently spent on rejuvenating the suspension, steering, brakes, rebuilding the Euro headlights, adding the full CSi body kit and more.
I planned on keeping the car for a very long time, but our expansion to a bigger house forces the sale. I love this car to death so it saddens me to let her go. I am very meticulous about maintaining my BMWs and my motorcycles and I believe the pictures speak for themselves. This car deserves a good home.
