You are so lucky to not be in jail for going that fast. No judge in their right mind would let you go on that charge. Stick with the spped limit or if you must drive fast stay in a group. The cops did you a big favor by not sticking it to you! Have no idea about the disobeying traffic device. Sounds maybe like a lessor speeding ticket.
