Thing with MBA schools is that not only do you learn, they want you to be able to share your experience in the field and enhance the classroom experience.
Lots of people go back for an MBA in the 30's, if you go back in your mid-late 20's, it's not that bad.
It's also a good thing that a lot schools look at your GPA from the last 2 years of undergrad.
