Situation is as follows: Been seeing this girl for a while, very cool and laid back, she is sick, I would like to do something nice for her. She is coming over tonight and given her cold, I would like to make her a smoothie/fruit drink type thing. Anybody have any cold remedy smoothie recipes? I can't really find any good ones on the internet. Also, do I need sherbert or can I use Oj for a base?

I leave work in 3 hours...any help will be much appreciated.
