Hmmm...tough call

I hear latex conforms as well as memory foam, but it does it instantly without that slow sinking and is a little firmer, so you get more bounce and less quicksand. I'll have to check them out, but they're hard to find plus expensive. I do sleep hot, but my girlfriend sleeps cool. Has anyone here tried latex?

I hear pillow top has longevity issues. I'd rather get a firm top with a replaceable topper. That'd probably sleep just as warm though

There are also hybrids with a few inches of latex over foam
