Statistically speaking, considered in perspective of the mind-boggling unfathomable vastness of the (observable) universe, with all its current science, mankind actually knows virtually nothing.

Science: an astronomer explains in half an hour the interesting theoretical hypothesis of physically flying towards the end of the (observable) universe in a constantly accelerating space ship. Spoiler: you keep flying into the big void as the universe keeps expanding faster than you - the event horizon keeps outpacing you.

One might say that only by using our imagination we can travel across the universe ignoring time and distance.

Yet here we are, alive and kicking, just a mere extremely minuscule blip on a massive time-line, that much is true, but capable of enjoying life.
