As far as I can tell, the difference is the skin of the console essentially. Plus you get two fewer games and pay more.

Other than the colors is the HDMI capability in the Halo edition. The only other one with HDMI capability is the Elite... for now anyway. A rep at EB Games told me they're supposedly gonna be putting HDMI support in the regular editions also, perhaps by Xmas, but I dunno how accurate that info is. If HDMI isn't a necessity I suggest going with the Pro edition.
