@ OP you lucked out or drive slow.
My back RFTs were bald at 14,000 miles. I swapped them to non RFT, better grip and proper handling with Michelin PSS , I have had two new sets and just recently tried the Continental DW... Get rid of your RFT and drive your car with some spirited driving from time to time.
