Need tax help asap!
Hey, I have a question for all you gurus out there. More specifically interstate retail/wholesale tax gurus.
If X purchases goods in Cali then ships them to Washington, is person X subject to taxes in washington?
If not, can you support your claim with legal documents ( i.e tax laws, etc ) Thanks! Getting this answered asap would be SUPER helpful!
