Murders and accidents will keep happening even if we all ban all weapons from knifes to nukes but we shouldn't make it easy. BTW, if Federal Law made age 21 legal for Assault Weapons, that would mean anyone in California over 21 could purchase Assualt Weapons where no it’s illegal.
