PS. This guy with 5 mil wants to buy some start up or or something. He is really looking at 10% return on his money at least. Its pretty much the only money he has and needs income to support his family 100%
I only see real estate construction/development or perhaps some investment firm (instead of investing himself) Friend of mine works in company like that, he said avg returns are in teens with minimum investment of $5mil
