It started with guys doing donuts on the highway. Then the police comes and blocks the entire highway and starts to arrest people.
Then some dude in a early 90s van crashes into the fence of the railroad tracks trying to break the blockade, his van gets stuck on the railroad tracks. Then a bunch of guys run over and help him out and he tries to jump the tracks again.
