I ran into the Wolf/SubZ regional rep when we started building the house. She took a liking to me and gave us a smoking deal on those items. She basically gave us $22k of appliance for $9500! Pal of mine owns an appliance store and said that was much less than what she sells him model home appliances for.

My friend with the appliance shop actually asked if i slept with her. I told my wife that and she was like i would have been ok with that for these appliances!

Basically we built a new house around an original 1956 3 bedroom ranch. Unfortunatley I live in one of the most overpriced real estate markets in the country, (I'm sure some of you are paying 1/10th what I pay for property taxes for lots twice as big), so it's not a 6000sqft 2 acre spread, but it's perfect for us.
