When you are McLaren and your best driver is in 9th with most of the season done and you are more than 400 points behind in the constructor's heads must roll. Perez doesn't seem like much of a sacrifice to be honest, tough luck for him since I suspect the Honda engine in 2015 will inject more relative speed in the car.
